The UpGate Large has approx. 4.3 to 4.5m clearance underneath. It is the same as our UpGate standard, only taller to accomodate taller vehicles. Pretty much any vehicle will fit underneath if you have two units lifting both ends of the bungy, check out the images of a self propelled sprayer at 4.3m tall passing underneath! You can use just one unit to lift one side of the bungy cord up for smaller vehicles, however if you're looking at the UpGate Large you are probably wanting large vehicles to go under and you almost definitely need two units, one at each end of the bungy.
Check the height of your tallest piece of equipment to make sure the Large size UpGate suits your needs. It is good to have atleast 200mm clearance between the top of your vehicle and the bungy cords. The bungy cords are not electrified in the open position, so small whip antennas gently touching the bungys on the way through is fine.
Attaches to minimum 6inch timber fence posts. It takes about 1.5 hours to assemble and install each unit using a few basic tools like a drill, 7.5mm drill bit, socket set, spanners and allen keys.
